Terms And conditions


  • I confirm that I have read through and understand this document and confirm that the information provided (in my application) is correct;
  • I commit to keep my username and password confidential and not allow anyone else access thereto or the use thereof,
  • I accept full responsibility for all account activity conducted.

I undertake to:

  • never divulge my username and password to anyone,
  • not leave my browser unattended while in an active browser session,
  • in any manner conduct or permit access to my Three Peaks Online Portal Account, either recklessly or negligently.

I acknowledge that my user id is Three Peaks property and can be revoked or suspended, entirely at the discretion of Three Peaks;

Should I become aware of any breach or attempted breach of the Three Peaks portal and data security, I will immediately inform Three Peaks without delay and in writing.

I acknowledge and accept that any use of my Three Peaks Online Portal Account is at my own risk. Without limiting the generality of the aforesaid, I acknowledge that Three Peaks will not, under any circumstances, be liable to me for any loss or damages (including consequential, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages) arising from:

  • any defect or fault in my hardware and/or software;
  • any failure or fault in connectivity to the Internet;
  • the unavailability of the Three Peaks website portal for any reason whatsoever;
  • any failure on the part of Three Peaks to carry out instructions given online under circumstances where such failure is the result of a cause, beyond Three Peaks' control.


I understand and accept that:

  • Three Peaks acts as an intermediary between the Bank and me, and acquires information supplied from the Bank and me and processes transactions as instructed and in good faith;
  • Three Peaks does not guarantee the correctness of information acquired or supplied and can in no way be held liable by me for any damages suffered by me, acting upon such information;
  • any dispute between the Bank and me howsoever arising is deemed to be a dispute between the Bank and me and Three Peaks is not a party thereto and will in no way be held liable by me for any damages suffered by me, pursuant to such dispute.


I understand and accept that:

  • billing will commence on the day the account is activated. The service may be terminated by either party on two months written notice. Further, that I shall be billed to the end of the second month, after which written notice of termination is received;
  • any disputed transaction concluded via Three Peaks ' internet services or any claim that may arise in consequence of the use of Three Peaks ' internet services shall be subject to; the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa.
